Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling your registration

To cancel, email us at academics@suiteai.in with your registration details.

2. Refunds

• Cancel at least 48 hours before the Workshop start time — full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours of the start time, or do not attend — no refund.
• Your seat is transferable — you may send someone in your place, or move your seat to a future Workshop date, at no extra charge.

3. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel or reschedule the Workshop, you may choose either a full refund or a confirmed seat at the rescheduled date.

4. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
